Chakra balancing uses color, sounds, and crystals to re-balance the chakras that have become depleted of energy. Many practitioners are now treating clients in a holistic manner, treating body, mind, and spirit where none of these areas function entirely alone; each has an effect upon the other. When we release the stale energy from the body, it can undo any tightness, stiffness or malfunctio of that area.
